Efforts to secure the border? We got 2000 miles of undefended border. The United States government is saying they're protecting us from terrorism with advanced "technology" when honestly we'd be far better protected with just a fucking fence.

And so what if we do? Traveling to a foreign country is not a right, but a privilege. And other countries charge fees for entering or leaving their borders. I believe I had to pay an "exit tax" or something like that when I left the UK.
