this needs to be revived.
|
What are you wearing?
|
tight black jeans and silver wedgie shoes from the 70s and this silk rainbow-y jackson pollock-y cropped short sleeved blouse from the 50s.
|
Pants, ripped at the bottom(blue), Brown shirt.
|
Same outfit as I was wearing here, which is my "utility outfit." I have several identical copies of these pants and shirts. Sad, really.

oh wow you totally don't look like chris frantz
the all black works actually |
I'm appreciating having a "uniform" of sorts because I still feel like myself, but it's utilitarian enough for biking/working/going out. Getting rid of the car has made me re-think overly ridiculous fashion offstage. Gotta streamline.
|
Pleated white khaki pants, a light green knit polo shirt (untucked of course!), blue socks, no shoes (but earlier I wore Born suedes). So what, I'm married. I can wear whatever the fuck I want.

Wha...?! You mean, no more capes?! |
Quote:
I have seen this, one before, and makes me sad you do not like to drive your phallic guys. gmku- you can wear whatever you want, because you are sexy, and also an old balding man. |
If I go somewhere in a car in sub-zero weather, the cape is still an option.
Can we have an indefinite moratorium on cape jokes maybe? That might be good. That joke had a good run. |
Quote:
that's okay, i'll probably wear these tomorrow: ![]() |
tommy hilfiger jeans that ive had for 6 years or so...just got their first natural rip a couple months ago...i think im going to patch it with something....grey undershirt and blue nike longsleeve dri-fit thing over it...adidas Darogas on my feetz.
|
I'm wearing those boots right now, and I was in the photo as well. They have zippers on the inseam, and are easy to put on and remove. Utilitarian.
|
I might wear a blue tu-tu tomorrow, some black army boots, and a black beanie that says geek. A blue sweater that has holes everywhere.
|
fuck it. i'm wearing a batman costume tomorrow.
|
Pix please
(that goes for you too, synth) |
last summer i wore flip-flops, boxers, and a forest green plastic raincoat one day...it was awesome...i ran around my friends' neighborhood in it after i knocked on their door and flashed them
|
Quote:
In your dreams. |
Quote:
Can I turned this into a flirtatious comment? |
Quote:
You flashed them your boxers. Wow. You're a wild man. |
gmku:
OK then, but just know that pleated pants are every bit as incriminating. You're a brave man. |
Quote:
Syn, you have free will. Do what you feel is right. |

their mom was in the living room...im not trying to break up families... |
now i've changed into something more comfortable
the aforementioned old smiths shirt, same jeans, and a cream colored winter hat because i like it. |
Quote:
Religion took my free will. |
Quote:
Mmmm, not as incriminating as capes. |
Quote:
What kind of winter hat? I think the only kind I have is a nerdy Columbia ski hat. Maybe I need to invest in hats. |
Quote:
Well, Jesus, then what was the freaking point!? I mean, you're going to flash, you don't do it half-assed. Pun intended. |
Quote:
You are correct, sir. They are in fact more so. Add some crocs to the mix and being burned at the stake for your crimes against aesthetics would not be far off. Something tells me you're too sensible for that, though. |
Does being shirtless count? with only shorts.
|
Cantankerous is actually a huge Michael Nesmith fan. Hence the winter hat in summer.
|
I can't believe I'm using valuable laptop battery capacity for this conversation.
|
Quote:
i suppose to let their mom know that their friends will enter the household in such attire? |
Quote:
You might need the bendable battery. |
Like moms haven't seen kids in boxers before? Sorry, you've totally lost me on this thing.
|
Quote:
Nanoo, nanoo... |
Quote:
Next they will make nano robots to enter your body to fix you. |
I need a fix. Cuz I'm going down.
