I love joss Whedon, this year has been my year of unemployment and Whedon, I never watched Buffy before but saw all of seasons 5 6 and 7 on repeat and they are well good, people have already covered why but one of the things I really like is the way he will put the stories in unexpected directions and not cop out with following them through.

I saw Serenity first followed by the Firefly series (available on DVD and well worth it) wish Id seen them the other way round. I think I prefer Firefly to Buffy but obviously it never had a chance to get as in depth so who knows, I do love that series and film though all the characters are amazing.

i forgot to mention than last month i watched Firefly and loved it...bummer it was cancelled at that early stage of plot developing..the director's commentary on serenity's dvd is soooo funny, i watched it three times with different people.

Somebody I work with has danced with Joss Whedon.

Well well, a little bump to say that buffy's 8th season is pretty great till now.

Another "old news", Angel 6th season started a couple months ago in comics format.

Isn't there plans to do the same with "Firefly"? If I was still into comics that'd be pretty great as a fan of Whedon's series', but as it is I don't read comics with any regularity anymore. I'd read Buffy if I see it in the bookstore though. In other comic news apparantly Peter Parker and Mary Jane Parker are getting a divorce.

Apparently Joss turned in a script for "Wonder Woman" and the studio rejected it. I don't know what its status is currently but Joss has washed his hands of it and moved on.

Firefly was the best thing on TV ever. don't bother watching Serenity until you've seen the series though.

Oh, hello there.

Firefly is pretty great. Now, floatinglonely exaggerated a bit, but it's a really enjoyable series, mainly becuz of the great characters..it ends "abruptedly" (?), but it's definitely worth watching. For us males (and males robots) there are a bunch of reasons with name and surname to watch it ha ha .
Serenity is great too, but watch firefly first, they sell it for a few pounds on amazon.
Need to track down a "used" angel box .... would you send me your friend's one, and then pretend some shady guy robbed you?

How did we go from "Firefly" to "Xena"? "Xena" is cheeseball. I don't think they took themselves seriously. Whedon projects have given us some pretty sexy ladies.
