I dont cook often, but my specialty is coconut thai curry, red especially. With chicken or prawns, over quinoa or white rice. Super easy, but delicious.

my wife and i are currently on a detox diet so no processed foods, salt, dairy etc. i thought it would be quite hard but i feel a lot better and healthier than i have done in a long time. i recommend it to anybody.

My Wife decided to make some kind of 'oriental' pork dish but didnt start it until she was way far into a jug of Gallo port. Somewhere during the process she decided that I don't love her and threw the whole still burning mess into the trash. She is now in the bedroom sobbing. Thank you for listening.
