We label certain things as right and wrong and assign value to parts of our bodies, but in reality a man sticking his penis in a child's mouth (assuming he's not Magic Johnson or just 1 out of 4 dudes in Africa) is no more harmful than putting a cookie in that same child's mouth. The child only becomes scarred if they have been taught that this is wrong and that something precious has been taken from them. Otherwise they can carry on with their day unphased, it's a forgettable interaction, and everyone is happy. Really, religion is the cause of all of this.
