Omniverous.
But when I was deeply into Zen Buddhism (I received "lay ordination" a few years back, kind of like baptism), I went vegetarian for a good year or so. I have to admit, after 6 months or so on the diet, I felt really good, really healthy, full of energy. But several decades of being condtioned to salivate like Pavlo's dog to the smells emenating from the Hardee's grill did me in.
I also abstained from all alcohol and substances for about a year during that time. That was just dumb.
I still try to cut way back on red meat. Our meals at home are basically seafood, chicken, and salads, with the occassional beef-based meal.
