you basically get "disappeared" if you go too far with it. you end up in and out of jail cells/psych wards, then you just rot inside a house the rest of the time until you die young of a disease or something.
yeah ive had the "reading thoughts" shit.
still have friends who are that bad, who have obviously scarred their brains and will prob be permanently pyschotic forever. they smash up their own houses, cant tell whats real and whats not half the time.
