RE: Deftones - the Crosses album came out yesterday. So so so good. Sounds like Depeche Mode a lot.

Meh.. Its just a re-release of the first two EPs (which are fucking bad ass records, but are not depeche mode, are heavier, almost like if depeche mode meets atari teenage riot).. It was supposed to initially be 3 independent EPs, and instead of releasing the 3rd EP they just released all three as a LP.

I do love Crosses though, just not the newest material, to soft for me. Chino's crooning was always best when blended with fierce, guttural guitar work and serious drum work.
