I'm not completely jaded; the mass of putrid orange gelatine and his revolving lineup of "aides" can still shock me on a weekly basis. But what would REALLY shock me is this turd acting like a marginally decent human being for a minute. There's a saying that goes, "Every country has the president it deserves"; I certainly don't believe it applies everywhere, especially given that in 1973 Henry Kissinger replaced the president of my country with a genocidal dictator. But even taking into account Hillary Clinton's massive popular vote lead and Russia's intervention, I do think "America" brought this onto itself. The colossal willful ignorance + the ridiculously obsolete electoral structure + the pathetic weakness of those who knew better = what else should have anyone expected to happen? |
