Along with that theres 6 other things assosciated with "longevity", namely:
Having breakfast every day
Not smoking
Rarely eating between meals
Being at or near prescribed weight
Moderate or no alcohol use
Taking regular exercise
and a 75 year old who carries out all these is comparable to a 35 year old who follows less than 3. So im told. Be fit and healthy children.
