1) Excessive tanning is poor for you health. Tanning is just destroying skin cells via wind burns, UV rays, extreme sunlight, et cetera. I don't think being pale is unhealthy, and mild tanning be shouldn't any harm, but I know those that tan excessively aren't treating their skin nicely.

2) I agree with I think EMMAh who that she'd rather be just herself than anything different (super busty, curvy, whatever). I guess I'm the same way. I mean, I'm definitely not skinny. I eat whatever the hell I want to. But as a note, I will eat some junk food sometimes, but I also eat protein/healthy granola bars daily and drink protein shakes after every workout (also daily). It just so happens that I like to eat a bag of Skittles once every three weeks, and that I also like Clif bars and soy milk like mad.

So, do what you want to do, you know? Just know that you are responsible for your weight/body/physique/you get my point. I have no washboard abs, but when I want them, I'll go get them and not blame "America" for making delicious (i.e., bad for you) potatoes fried in who knows what.
