you throw a party in a neighborhood like that, ya invite say, 30 people, yr gonna see that number rise big time. i know cause ive seen it happen. most party's ive thrown, ive invited say (and i grew tired of "partying" in the traditional since a long time ago...so its been a couple years) 10 kids, and everytime 15-30 would show up. never minded though, that almost always meant more alcohol + chaos.
