i dont mean to encourage your debauchery but if your body can smell bacon without a reaction your liver should be alright.

i hate to quote cliches but "the nose knows"-- if you're attuned to your instincts (addicts aren't) you'll know what you're supposed to do. feel your body for signals of wrongness.

ps-- did they give you a timeline or something? chronic diseases differ from acute ones. i am only familiar with acute liver situations. like, going to france and trying to devour all the terrines in a day.

by the way i had this truffled pâté for lunch today which is proof of the fine condition of my liver. my mouth was so happy i had a grin of satisfaction that lasted almost an hour.
