^ i would've done it because i have a lot of sympathy for bums, drunks, junkies etc. they have nowhere to go, if they want to get fucked up, that's fine with me. i don't blame them.
this is (obviously) utterly fucking stupid though. if they're going to ban larger ones next year, where will mums put their kids sandwiches? are they going to ban aluminum foil because people smoke heroin off of it? i doubt it.
