i wrote a really good speech/paper/dissertation/thing about why we should eliminate the current US policy on drugs, not just because it's fun to get high but also it has way more to do with economic stuff than anyone cares to know. also we don't have good drug education or rehabilitation programs here... however i gave it to my friend today and THE BITCH LOST MY ONLY COPY FOREVER.
