terror twilight sounds like a few overproduced ideas over and over again, which is boring to my ear.

true, Westing has so many ideas that are mixed in, within even one little musical piece...it's challenging, not unlike Beefheart in a way. it somehow stays together enough and is awesome.

i do like Terror too. it just was a recording where it seemed like Malkmus was a tad uninspired at Pavement's end there. it was a very safe, nicey, warm sounding, record. But still solid.
