Black Flag for me showed the most rapid decline of any band I like.
I disagree with The Clash. In their short existance (five years from first to last album), they barely put a musical foot wrong.
I also disagree with whoever said Pere Ubu. Great start, mediocre middle period and a recent return to greatness.
