but anyway yeah, that's sick-- however-- it's an interesting take on the perpetual debate between "the evils of modernity vs the good old times".
i tend to side with modernity-- i've lived in the good old times and they weren't good (outhouses are horrible).
i'd propose however that the subjects not only get a taste test but also get their cholesterol levels measure, body fat, pancreatic function, etc.
