using that phrase as a euphemism for being paid to have sex is fine, but don't confuse it with literally selling your body as you could say that any job is selling your body, and therefore all jobs are the same as prostitution, although some people do say that. not that i'm casting any moral judgements on sex workers, or any profesion (except bankers).
