i meant more directly than that or in greater amounts.

several facts:
1) automobile insurance is mandatory in this country.
2) i don't have automobile insurance.
3) i drive on a regular basis.
4) i realize that what i am doing is risky.
5) i never try to justify it by saying "I'M NOT GOING TO GET IN AN ACCIDENT. even if i did get in an accident i wouldn't go to a mechanic."
